About Me
I am both an acupuncturist and health/life coach. I work with a lot of stress and anxiety with acupuncture, herbs and coaching. I have also suffered from autoimmune disease and because of that, I treat a lot of chronic and autoimmune disease - which includes lifestyle management, dietary intervention, and mind/body techniques for stress reduction and health improvement. I have a sub specialty in women's health: gyn concerns and infertility.
