Mary combines modern biomedical advances in acupuncture with the traditional medicine aspect of Chinese Medicine. She has also traveled to China to gain more perspective and experience in the development of acupuncture within hospitals. She incorporates Tuina (therapeutic medical massage), cupping, and Chinese herbs into her practice. Mary specializes in pain management, arthritis, women's health, pediatrics, and sports injuries, working with athletes of all levels. Mary's knowledge and skills also include treatments for digestive disorders, autoimmune disease, and mitigating the side effects of cancer treatment, as well as certification in cosmetic Acupuncture Facial Rejuvenation. In addition to the outpatient Acupuncture practice, Mary is also involved with Acupuncture integration efforts for inpatient, long term rehabilitation, and nursing home residents.

Mary is a 2002 graduate of Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pennsylvania where she received her Bachelors of Arts in psychology specializing in elementary education. In 2011 she graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at New York Chiropractic College with a Master’s of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
