About Me
Nina Acupuncture is an expert acupuncture and holistic health clinic in Westport, Connecticut. The practice combines evidence-based Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern, integrative care. I specialize in treating both chronic and acute pain conditions—including back and neck pain, sports injuries, knee and shoulder pain, sciatica, and post-surgical recovery—as well as stress, anxiety, insomnia, digestive issues, respiratory congestion, and women’s health concerns such as infertility, pregnancy support, and postpartum care. By integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine with evidence-based approaches, I help patients move beyond symptom management toward lasting balance and restoration.

EDUCATION
I hold a Doctorate in Acupuncture degree from Pacific College of Health Sciences and have trained in the Sports Medicine Acupuncture Certification Program, the Electro Acupuncture Institute, Trigger Point Therapy, and Kiiko Japanese-style acupuncture. My additional training in Theoretical and Clinical acupuncture at Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China.
I completed Harvard Harvard Medical School’s Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching certificate program.
