About Me
I have been in practice since 2006. I specialize in the stress/trauma/recovery spectrum and how it plays out in our bodies, minds, and hearts. This is most often evidenced in sleep disturbances, digestive issues, anxiety, depression, headaches, physical pain, immune concerns and emotional outbursts, as well as unusual symptoms that can't be readily explained by western medicine.
