Hilton Acupuncture was founded by Dr. Monica L. Hilton, DACM, Dipl. O.M., L.Ac., a Licensed Acupuncturist and native of Mount Pleasant, SC. She is a nationally certified Diplomate of Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and licensed to practice in South Carolina and Georgia. Dr. Monica provides treatments for various conditions, including pain, insomnia, stress, anxiety, digestive issues, and fibromyalgia.

I use primarily Japanese Acupuncture and Meridian Therapy in my practice. I enjoy treating people of all ages, but being a pediatric nurse practitioner, also enjoy treating children and utilize many non-needling techniques.

I am a native New Yorker that has spent many years living abroad and traveling extensively, cultivating a deep cross-cultural awareness that allows for the development of trusting, supportive relationships with a wide variety of people.
