Dr. Smith graduated from the Florida College of Integrative Medicine and is a board certified Acupuncture Physician and Clinical Nutritionist in the state of Florida. During her years at FCIM, she had the great opportunity to work with many different Acupuncture Physicians and their specialties. Her skills are a culmination of all the different skills she gained from her mentors including Dr. Tan’s balancing method, Master Tang’s pain protocol, Dr. Yang’s ear acupuncture, and modern pulse examination. In 2008, Dr. Smith participated in an internship with Native Health Initiative, a non-profit organization dedicated to mending health disparities in Native American groups throughout the United States. She worked alongside multiple Native American groups in North and South Carolina, focusing on obesity and diabetes prevention.
